Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping 

We offer free standard shipping through USPS on orders $75+

  • Shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days after 2-3 days of processing. We do ask that you be patient with us and the shipping company during times where shipping volume is heavy. We will attempt to rectify all shipping issues as soon as possible. 
  • During the Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic, processing times may be extended. We will try our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can. If you have not received any communication from use in more than 1 weeks please email us at info@blackflamecandle.co. 
  • Orders will be processed and shipped in the order in which they are received.
  • Tracking Numbers will be sent via email once the order has been fulfilled.
  • Please be sure your shipping address is correct upon checkout as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact USPS/UPS to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them as all packages are insured. Please track movement of package with provided shipping information

            *If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay a reshipping fee.

    Return 

    We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

    • To return an item please email us at info@blackflamecandle.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return
    • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

    Refunds

    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
